PILATES

Pilates Practice

Pilates combines approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion. Exercises can be adapted to provide either gentle strength training for rehabilitation or a strenuous workout vigorous enough to challenge skilled athletes.

KICK-BOXING 

Kick Boxing

An inspired high-energy martial-arts workout that will fill you up with power and enthusiasm. Your instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round.

BOXING 

Training

A specially designed boxing program that will teach you how to strike. A simple way to unroll your strength and be confident. Challenge yourself using protective gloves and other protective equipment. Program suitable for all.

MMA (AT THE GYM) 

Punchbag

A (full-contact) combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports from around the world creates a holistic approach to self-defence and promotes a healthy and strong cardio vascular system.

MOBILITY 

Squat Group

Join a program with spinal movements and stretches to line up the spine; ideal break from the stiffness that 8 hours of work can cause. Mobility is incredibly important to one's daily functioning, evolved with the overall range of motion a person has within their body, most notably within the joints.

SELF-DEFENCE 

Kickboxing Class

A defense system that teaches how to react confidently in a hostile situation and a great way to get and stay in shape. Suitable for people of every skill level and physical ability.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (AT THE GYM)

Jujitsu Posture

BJJ, is a grappling sport that focuses on ground fighting and submission holds.

A gentle martial art aiming to control the opponent (helping a weaker opponent defeat a bigger and stronger opponent) and defend oneself via chokeholds or joint locks.
